Dr. Rekha Chaudhari

Dr. Rekha Chaudhari is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate dental care to every patient. A first-generation immigrant, she has dedicated her career to improving access to dentistry for underserved communities in Indianapolis. She treats each patient with the same care and respect as she would her own family.

Jessica Lo (JLo)

As the Vice President of Operations at UDC, Jessica, known affectionately as “JLo” by colleagues and friends, brings extensive experience in both clinical dentistry and operational leadership. With a background as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and a Licensed Dental Hygienist, Jessica has been immersed in the dental field since 2007. Her journey has taken her from hands-on patient care to leadership roles in Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) since 2019, first as a Director of Hygiene and later as a Director of Operations. She also served as a Program Director for a dental assisting school, where she mentored and trained future dental professionals. JLo is passionate about improving processes, enhancing patient care, and supporting dental teams to succeed.

Colin

Controller

Colin serves as Controller for Urgent Dental Center & Family Dentistry, where he oversees all accounting and finance functions. He brings eight years of experience in the dental space, with a focus on building financial systems and processes that scale, allowing the clinical and operations teams to stay focused on patient care.

Before joining Urgent Dental Center, Colin spent five years with Espire Dental, joining during the organization’s startup phase. Over his tenure, he helped the accounting and finance team scale alongside the business, onboarding new practices through a period of rapid growth. That experience shaped his approach to the work: disciplined financial reporting, clean processes, and a team that’s ready for what comes next.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Colin loves spending time traveling and exploring the world, getting outdoors whenever he can. He’s always up for discovering a new restaurant, and he’s an avid live music fan, especially country and bluegrass. A lifelong sports fan, he follows just about everything, with a particular loyalty to his home state of Colorado and his alma mater.

Katrina Trexler

With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Katrina brings deep industry knowledge and is currently leading the Patient Balances and Accounts Receivable department. Katrina ensures accurate billing and a smooth financial experience for patients. Her commitment to efficiency and patient satisfaction makes her a valued member of the UDC team.

Enjoys warm weather, sunny days, and spending time soaking up the sunshine whenever possible!

Credentialing Specialist

Chele has experience working in all dental specialities, front office, EFDA, billing, collections, credentialing, training, and administration for over 2 decades.

Alexis Arnold “Lexi”

Alexis Arnold is a dedicated dental operations leader with a strong background in practice management, team development, and multi-office operations. Beginning her career as a dental assistant, Lexi quickly advanced into leadership roles through her commitment to patient care, operational excellence, and team success. She is passionate about creating efficient systems, supporting office teams, and helping practices deliver exceptional patient experiences. Goal-oriented and driven, Lexi enjoys collaborating with providers and teams to build positive workplace cultures and achieve organizational growth.
